About

Xochitl Gonzalez is author of Olga Dies Dreaming, a New York Times, Washington Post, and NPR Best Book of 2022 and winner of the Brooklyn Public Library Book Prize in Fiction. Gonzalez is a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. Her commentary writing for The Atlantic was recognized as a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize.

Natalie Caña is an author born and raised in Milwaukee! Natalie Caña loves to incorporate her you'll-never-believe-what-just-happened-to-me personal experiences, enthusiasm for telenovela tomfoolery, and love for her Latinx culture into creating funny, heartfelt, and just a little bit over-the-top contemporary romances for characters who look and sound like her. A Proposal They Can't Refuse is her debut novel. Her newest book “Sleeping With The Frenemy” will be released later this year.

La Revo Books is Wisconsin’s only Latinx focused bookstore. Our selection is affordable, relevant and a reflejo of nuestra comunidad. We intentionally and carefully select new and used books for and by Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC), with a specialization in Latinx literature. Just as our community is multilingual, so is our selection-- we provide libros en Español, Spanglish, Bilingual and other languages.
