MARN’s Gallery, located within the MARN ART + CULTURE HUB, strives to build a cultural space that supports both its members and the overarching community through projects, exhibitions, and events that push the boundaries of a ‘traditional white box gallery’. The mission of the gallery is to serve as a platform for amplifying artists who are bold, collaborative, and representative of the robust Southeast Wisconsin art community.

“ZINES ARE QUEER!!”

June 9 – June 18, 2023

ZINES ARE QUEER!! and this exhibition, in collaboration with Moody, seeks to celebrate that through showcasing queer creatives in all of their facets – on zine pages, through their varied art practices, in their words, and even in mementos that influence what they do. In addition to the five Milwaukee-based queer creatives showing work, visitors have the ability to interact with queer-centric zines exemplifying the breadth and diversity of the limitless zine community.
