MARN is pleased to announce, 'The Day I Almost Died' a performed journey of grief, growth, community and purpose by local artist, Cameron Robertson aka Tori MF Zo on December 15, 2023 at the MARN ART + CULTURE HUB (191 N Broadway) from 6-8pm, doors open at 5pm.
Word from the Artist:
In December 2022, a collision with another vehicle left me hospitalized for a week with injuries, including a partially collapsed lung, a lacerated spleen, a contusion on my left hip, and a hairline fracture in my right knee, temporarily leaving me unable to walk.
During that challenging time, I documented my journey through music in my EP "You Will Always Have Everything You Need To Get Where You Need To Go."
Now, I'm excited to present a unique performance that will take the audience on a deep and immersive journey through each song on my EP. Through memorabilia, props, a projector, exclusive footage, guest acts, personal reflections, and insightful commentary, I will transport you to that moment in my life, sharing what it meant to me and how I grew from it. This show is not just a performance; it's an unforgettable experience.
