وادی میں With ma, at the Gorge. ( 20 mins)
In this film, I responded and built a relationship with the Gorge through a difficult time when I could not visit my mother in India due to the pandemic. Donges Bay became a refuge. This film is an expression of my inner landscape at the time, it shows how the natural world can be a source of reflection and connection. It is a tribute to my mother, the wisdom she shared with me during daily phone calls, and a reflection on the relationship between human life and nature. This was shot entirely on an iPhone.
nature, we have some questions. (5 mins)
The second film was a collaboration with Quilt Artist, Heidi Parkes. It explores the privilege of being in nature. Can everyone access nature? Who gets to spend time safely in nature? This poetic, non-linear film does not offer solutions but collaborates with Heidi Parks and brings up these questions.
